Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all purchases and use of the Hermanoslicense.com website and services. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Consumer rights that apply to you under mandatory applicable law are always preserved, regardless of anything stated in these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Hermanoslicense.com is operated by AHURA İÇ VE DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, a company registered in Turkey. Full company details are in our Legal Notice.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account and provide accurate, current information to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Commercial use of purchased licenses must comply with the applicable software publisher's terms.

3. Products and Descriptions

We sell digital products including software licenses, digital accounts, subscriptions, and activation codes. All product descriptions, platform compatibility, and activation requirements are stated on the individual product page and form part of the contract. Product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Orders and Prices

All prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes. You may pay by card, cryptocurrency, or balance, as displayed at checkout. An order is confirmed when payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we cannot fulfil it, in which case you will receive a full refund.

5. Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered to your registered email address and/or your account panel (Orders / Licenses section) after payment confirmation. Delivery is considered complete at the later of: (a) the time the product is sent to your email, or (b) the time it is made available in your account. Full delivery details are in our Digital Delivery Policy. If delivery fails, please contact support immediately.

6. Order Archive

Order details, including delivered license keys, are available in your account for a minimum of 6 months from the order date. We recommend saving your keys in a secure location after delivery.

7. Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product and are stated on each product page. At a minimum, we guarantee that the delivered product matches its description at the time of sale. If a product does not work as described and you contact support within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement or, if unavailable, a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Coupons and Discounts

Discount coupons may offer up to the percentage stated on the coupon, applied to eligible products. Coupons are subject to availability and may have expiry dates, minimum order values, or product exclusions. The use of a coupon does not guarantee a specific discount amount on all products.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Because digital products are delivered and usable immediately upon purchase, returns are generally not available once delivery is confirmed. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or a jurisdiction with equivalent withdrawal rights, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the order, unless you have explicitly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered. 11. Intellectual Property

Purchasing a digital product gives you a license to use it under the terms set by the relevant publisher. You do not acquire ownership of the software or any intellectual property. Redistribution, resale, or sub-licensing is prohibited unless the publisher's terms explicitly allow it.

12. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services to: (a) engage in fraud or chargebacks without valid grounds; (b) resell purchased products without authorization; (c) violate applicable law; or (d) attempt to disrupt or abuse our systems or staff. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts involved in prohibited activity.

13. Liability

We are not liable for incompatibility of a product with your system if the stated requirements were met, for delays caused by your internet provider or email spam filters, or for losses arising from your failure to save delivered keys. Our liability for defective products is limited to replacement or refund as described in these Terms. Mandatory consumer protections are not limited by this clause.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply, and nothing in these Terms reduces rights that you are entitled to under those laws. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available in your country.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version with its effective date is always available on this page. Changes do not affect orders placed before the effective date of the updated Terms.
