Merchant of Record Notice

This page explains who the seller of record is on orders placed at Hermanoslicense.com, and how payments, invoicing, and tax are handled.

What Is a Merchant of Record?

A Merchant of Record (MoR) is the party that legally sells the product to you. The MoR is responsible for collecting payment, calculating and remitting any applicable taxes, issuing the receipt or invoice, and standing behind the transaction.

We Are the Merchant of Record

Hermanoslicense.com is operated by Hermanos License – Emirhan Tekin. We are the Merchant of Record for every order placed on this platform. We do not use a third-party Merchant of Record service; your purchase contract is with us.

How Payments Appear

Payment is processed through the method you choose at checkout. On your bank or account statement you will typically see one of the following:

Card payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. The descriptor on your statement will reference Hermanos License / Hermanoslicense.com (or Stripe on our behalf).
PayPal payments appear as a payment to Hermanos License via PayPal.
Cryptocurrency payments are made manually to our published wallet addresses and are verified before delivery.
Store balance is your prepaid balance held with us and is applied directly at checkout.

Third-Party Sellers (Marketplace)

Where the platform lists products from an approved third-party seller, Hermanos License remains the Merchant of Record: we collect the payment, issue the receipt, hold the funds in escrow, and settle the seller only after the buyer-protection period. We remain your point of contact and the responsible party for the transaction.

Product Support, Delivery and Warranty

Product support, delivery, and warranty are always provided by Hermanoslicense.com. If you have a question about your order, contact us directly — there is no separate merchant to contact.

Invoices and Receipts

An order summary is always available in your account, and a receipt is issued for each paid order. If you need a formal invoice with our company details, contact info@hermanoslicense.com.

Tax

Applicable taxes are calculated and applied at checkout based on your country of residence and the product. As the Merchant of Record, we are responsible for tax calculation, collection, and remittance to the relevant authority.
