Digital Delivery Policy

Digital Delivery Policy

This policy explains how digital products are delivered after a confirmed purchase on Hermanoslicense.com.

1. Delivery Methods

After payment is confirmed, digital products are delivered via one or more of the following channels:

  • Email — A delivery email containing the product (license key, account credentials, activation code, or download link) is sent to your registered email address.
  • Account panel — The product is added to your Orders and/or Licenses section in your account dashboard.
  • In-app messaging — For products requiring manual or assisted delivery, a support agent may deliver the product via the on-site messaging system.

Delivery is considered complete at the later of: (a) the time the product is sent to your email, or (b) the time it is made available in your account panel.

2. Delivery Process

We process orders using the following steps, in order:

  1. Automated delivery from stock — If the product is in our digital stock, it is delivered automatically, typically within minutes of payment confirmation.
  2. API delivery — For products connected to a live supplier API, delivery is initiated automatically after payment and typically completes within a few minutes.
  3. Manual processing — If automated and API delivery are not available, an agent will fulfil the order manually. In this case, delivery may take longer.
  4. If fulfilment is not possible — If we cannot fulfil an order by any method, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

3. Delivery Timeframes

The expected delivery timeframe is shown on each product page before purchase. As a general guide:

  • Automated delivery: usually within minutes
  • API delivery: usually within minutes to 1 hour
  • Manual delivery: within 24 hours in most cases; up to 48 hours maximum

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by technical issues, payment verification delays, or exceptional demand. If your order has not been delivered within the stated timeframe, contact support immediately.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide a valid, accessible email address at registration. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by a wrong or inaccessible email address.
  • Check your spam or junk folder if you have not received a delivery email.
  • Save the delivered product (key, credentials, code) immediately after receipt. Keys are displayed in your account for at least 6 months, but we recommend saving them securely.

5. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you do not receive your order within the stated timeframe:

  1. Check your account panel (Orders / Licenses).
  2. Check your email inbox and spam folder.
  3. Contact support at support@hermanoslicense.com or via the contact form with your order number.

If delivery cannot be completed, you are entitled to a full refund.

6. Instant Delivery Disclaimer

We aim to deliver as fast as possible, but we do not guarantee instant delivery for all products. Product pages will always state the expected delivery method and timeframe. Do not assume instant delivery unless it is explicitly stated on the product page.
