Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the license key or product has been delivered. However, we understand that issues can occur and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligible for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Invalid license: The delivered license key does not work or is already in use
  • Wrong product: You received a different product than what was ordered
  • Non-delivery: The license was not delivered after payment confirmation
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged multiple times for the same order

3. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after the license has been delivered
  • The license was already activated or used
  • Compatibility issues with your hardware or software not described in the product listing
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing
  • Issues caused by third-party software or services outside our control

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Go to our Contact page
  2. Select "Refund Request" as the subject
  3. Include your Order ID and a description of the issue
  4. Provide any relevant screenshots or evidence

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24–48 hours.

5. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed via one of the following methods:

  • Account balance credit: Refund added to your Hermanos account balance for future purchases
  • Replacement: A new working license key issued at no additional charge
  • Original payment method: Where technically possible, depending on the payment method used

Cryptocurrency refunds may be subject to network fees and exchange rate fluctuations.

6. Processing Time

Refund processing times:

  • Account balance: Instant after approval
  • Replacement license: Within 24 hours of approval
  • Cryptocurrency: 1–5 business days after approval

7. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to decline refund requests if we detect patterns of abuse, including but not limited to repeated refund requests, fraudulent claims, or attempts to exploit the refund process. Accounts involved in such activity may be suspended.
