How do I purchase a license?

Browse our products, add the one you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using your account balance, cryptocurrency (via NOWPayments), or WebMoney. Once payment is confirmed, your license will be delivered to your account.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are fulfilled instantly after payment confirmation. Cryptocurrency payments may take a few minutes for network confirmations. Some products require manual processing, which can take up to 24 hours.

Where can I find my license key?

After your order is confirmed, go to My Orders and click on the order to view your license key or delivery details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and more via NOWPayments), WebMoney, and account balance. You can top up your balance from the Top Up page.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your license doesn't work or you received the wrong product, please contact us with your Order ID. See our full Refund Policy for details.

My license key doesn't work. What should I do?

First, make sure you're following the activation instructions provided with your order. If the key still doesn't work, contact us with your Order ID and a description of the issue. We'll provide a replacement or refund.

How do I top up my account balance?

Go to the Top Up Balance page, enter the amount, and choose a payment method. Once the payment is confirmed, the balance will be added to your account.

How do withdrawals work?
